WHAT IS THE TAROT?

The Tarot is the name for a deck of cards which have been used since ancient days. Records indicate that the first known use of the Tarot was in Egypt, well before the time of Christ.
Many attempts were made to destroy the Tarot, but the wise gypsies told such people that it was only a "game" and so the Tarot survived. But the high priests and psychics of those days knew better and used the Tarot to guide them in their work.
There are 78 cards or "keys of wisdom" in the Tarot deck. Each card has a different picture or "symbol." These 78 symbols coincide with ancient Egyptian teachings which were on 78 tablets. Over the years, the pictures have changed as different artists created new versions, but the meanings have remained the same, a testament to the wisdom and power of the Tarot.
Thousands before you have been guided by the wisdom of the Tarot to make their lives happier and more fulfilled. The cards are non-judgmental. You can follow their advice or not. You still have your free will. But the Cards can be a wonderful source of help, if you will let them.

My blessings to you and yours,
