This deck depicts 19th century costumed figures. However, the suit cards (ace through 10) do not depict figures, only images that match the suit's name (example: wands, pentacles, cups, swords). The same colors are used throughout the deck: red, blue, green, yellow, and black and white. The coloration is simple but the ancient mythology images are considered quite powerful by readers who use this deck. |
